Toimintaa
Asukastoimikunta järjestää vuosittain asukkaiden kokouksen lisäksi pihatalkoot, muutaman kerran kesässä grillausta ja mahdollistaa muuta toimintaa, jota asukkaat haluavat kohteessa järjestää. Asukkaille on oma suljettu vain asukkaille tarkoitettu Facebook-ryhmä, jonka tiedot löytyvät ilmoitustaululta.
Kerhohuone on B-talossa. Asukkaat voivat varata kerhohuonetta lähettämällä sähköpostin talotoimikunnan osoitteeseen hyvissä ajoin.
Grilli on B-talossa saunan ja kerhohuoneen eteisessä. Rappukäytävän ovessa on oma varauslista grillille.
Pesutupa on B-talossa ja varausjärjestelmästä vastaa Heka. Kaikissa taloissa A-C on omat kuivaushuoneensa pyykille.
Sauna on B-talossa. Saunavuorot varataan Tampuurissa.
Lenkkisaunat järjestetään sunnuntaisin. Perittomilla viikoilla vuorot ovat: naiset klo 15-18 ja miehet klo 18-21. Parillisilla viikoilla vuorot ovat: naiset klo 18-21 ja miehet klo 15-18.

Activities
In addition to the annual residents' meeting, the Resident Committee organizes yard clean-up events, summer barbecues a few times in a season, and facilitates other activities that residents wish to organize at the property. Residents have their own closed Facebook group, accessible only to residents, the details of which can be found on the notice board.
The club room is located in building B. Residents can reserve the club room by sending an email to the resident committee well in advance.
The Grill is located in the sauna and clubhouse foyer in B-duilding. There is a separate reservation list for the grill on the door of the stairwell.
The laundry room is located in building B, and the reservation system is managed by Heka. Each building (A, B and C) has it's own drying room for laundry.
The sauna is located in building B. Sauna shifts are booked through Tampuuri.
Shared sauna sessions are held on Sundays. On odd weeks, the shifts are for women from 3-6 pm and for men from 6-9 pm. On even weeks, the shifts are for women from 6-9 pm and for men from 3-6 pm.
